Faith Programs

Worthy Brother Knights,

     Pope Saint John Paul II famously referred to our wonderful Knights of Columbus order as the “Strong Right Arm of the Church.” That isn’t surprising for us because we know that our Catholic Faith is at the very heart of all that we do as Knights.
     Our order gets much recognition for our great works of charity through monetary or in-kind donations and countless hours of volunteer service. I would contend, however, that the work we do to propagate our Catholic Faith is undoubtedly among our greatest charitable work. Our faith gives us hope which far outlasts other material forms of charity. And hope is desperately needed in our world today.
     It is imperative that we continue to be the Strong Right Hand of the Church and work hand-in-hand with our clergy to bring God to His people, and to bring God’s people closer to God and His church. Brothers, we already do so much of this work in our parishes – just look at the Brother Knights in your council and I’m sure that you will find many Eucharistic Ministers of the Word, Eucharistic Ministers of Holy Communion, Ushers, and a host of other roles. But our work is far from done... now, more than ever before, our work is crucial!
     To help us to continue to channel our efforts and put our Faith in Action, many programs are offered in the Faith category. Presented below are a list of the programs offered by the Supreme Council and additional programs offered by the New Jersey State Council.
